Where is my Open Apple?

We bought the new Apple keyboards for
the office today and the first thing you'll
notice is that they are paper thin and much
easier to type with than a PC keyboard or even
the old Apple keyboard not to mention they look
cool. But upon further inspection we noticed
Apple decided to remove the 'apple' or 'open
apple' from the keyboard and replace it with the
very foreign word 'command.' Not sure why the
change but we sure will miss our little apple
key.
